Hello, my name is Merve Yalim and I am the founder of W.I.N. Marketing. Although I officially opened my agency in 2019, the idea had been brewing since 2017 when I worked with a German beauty brand and realized that I wanted more freedom to travel and explore new adventures. Since then, I have worked with a variety of clients including bakeries, baby clothes brands, shoe stores, TV channels, estheticians, and retail brands.

 

In 2018, I got an opportunity to work with a Turkish beauty brand in Miami, and that experience changed my life. I decided to open my agency in Miami in 2019 to get more clients and take on different roles such as art director, producer, designer, photographer, social media manager, influencer manager, and project manager.

 

My goal with W.I.N. Marketing is to provide clients with the service they need, which is why I named my brand "What I Need." Now, I am relaunching my agency in August 2023 as an Influencer Marketing Agency, where I will focus on working with content creators and educating them to provide the best content.
